1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bat55.vip, creating a bat55 account, completing the bat55 Login process, or using any product or service provided by bat55, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bat55 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access bat55's full range of services, including cricket betting, casino games, and PKR transactions, you must register a bat55 account. When registering, you agree to:

4 bat55 Login & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat55 Login credentials, including your registered email address and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your bat55 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

5 Deposits & Payments

bat55 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Raast. bat55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources not registered in the Player's own name.

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bat55 account balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan, and Raast are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• bat55 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bat55 accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast are processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to banking system availability.
• bat55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
• Any balance accrued through the use of bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied.

bat55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bat55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the bat55 platform.
• Each promotion is subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated at the point of offer.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.

9 Prohibited Conduct

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bat55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, system failures, or delays caused by factors outside bat55's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of force majeure.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the bat55 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your bat55 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your bat55 Login credentials.

bat55's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

bat55 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the bat55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bat55 Privacy Policy in full.

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Termination

bat55 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where bat55 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of your account would constitute a risk to the integrity of the bat55 platform or to other players.

You may close your bat55 account at any time by contacting customer support via 24/7 live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat55 holds its international gaming license.
